 Become a supplier - Profiling Process
The Profiling Process enables companies to be included in the Exiros Supplier Base, which is mainly used by those customers that work most closely with Exiros. Buyers access the Supplier Search Engine to identify and invite the most suitable companies to provide quotations for their next purchase operations.
The key to taking advantage of the system's potential is to provide the correct information in each of the following three steps of the profiling process:
  1. The supplier company first fills in general information which allows Exiros to keep a record of basic commercial data. (Tabs 1 to 7 of the Registration Process).
  2. The supplier then fills in a second form to inform Exiros buyers about the company's industrial, financial and product/service capabilities. This form can be downloaded and filled in once step one is completed. (Tab 8 of the Registration Module)
  3. When the profiling process is complete, the Exiros suppliers management team will assess and finally approve the supplier company.

Please remember to pay special attention when specifying categories of products and services provided by your company, defining contact data (email and fax), and completing the Suppliers Evaluation Form (tab 8), which Exiros uses to test and grade each supplier.
