By working side-by-side with our customer’s management in a deep benchmarking program, Exiros identified strong potential savings to be achieved in a three-year project.

Company liquid steel cost will be reduced through: operative practices improvement to reduce raw materials consumption, negotiations leveraging with Exiros bargain power and global sourcing to update company suppliers' base.

The target savings have been estimated in 15 million us$/year at the end of the project.

Contemporary, a new operational scorecard was launched to control main productive indicators, and change management process is supported.
