As result of an e-procurement enabling program, major opportunities on ferroalloys procurement were detected. An in-depth assessment of material specifications, contracts, suppliers, warehouse practices and operational variables led to a one-year saving program that is currently being performed.

Project kick-off was the definition of a new sourcing and negotiation strategy for the client.
