| The following is a brief overview of the milestones in the complex process that led to the creation of Exiros. |

During the Start-Up Phase (1999-2001), the Exiros project was converted into a procurement services company. The turning point came in 2001, when Exiros and some of the Techint Group steel companies signed a general outsourcing agreement. All of those companies' procurement organizations were spun off and merged, or insourced, into a new procurement company: Exiros.
Once Exiros was established, the company was reorganized. Efforts were focused on consolidating procurement services, Strengthening the Relationship with our Customers (2001-2004), and developing new customers willing to improve their competitiveness through us.
