This is also critical to reducing lead-times, ensuring on-time delivery, offering sourcing alternatives and minimizing rejections due to quality or specification problems.
We also seek ambitious savings that can only be achieved through constant contact by our Category Managers with supply markets. We also adapt our centralized negotiations to the commercial structures of suppliers.
Exiros offices are located in 14 countries: Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Guatemala, Italy, Japan, China, Mexico, Romania, Uruguay, Venezuela, Colombia and United States. The Techint Group's worldwide presence offers Exiros great flexibility to respond both to customers and suppliers almost anywhere in the world.
