Local operations that develop contacts at the country level, manage daily issues for global contracts, and deal with customer needs Central departments that define guidelines and policies for the whole organization, and manage support activities such as financial management, global sourcing, content creation, supplier evaluation, human resources, IT development, administration, planning and management control.
