Leveraged by our continuous expansion, a complete career path comprisesJunior Analysts begin their careers performing analytic and operative tasks, both regarding procurement services and planning/ development activities. Senior Analysts have front-end responsibilities on negotiations and clients' end users relationship, together with mid-size development project management. Senior Leaders are entitled to manage complex procurement programs and to close negotiations carried out by their teams. At that point, our professionals are oriented either towards a procurement service delivery career or a specialization one (technical, for global practices deployment or global category negotiations). As Area or Category Managers, they will lead large teams or complex cross-country activities, and eventually reach full Country level management or Global coordination responsibilities.
Exiros Training Program is specifically developed and delivered each year at all levels of the organization by the people who most know about each specific subject considered strategic to better perform our procurement services. In this way, experiences and know how are constantly leveraged and deployed.
On the other hand, Exiros Training Program comprises, on top of general updating courses, three specific modules: Procurement Applications & Tools, Strategic Sourcing Methodology and Client Industrial Processes. International assigments or either interfunctional training for one or more months in the same country or in another country is becoming a common practice.
